In recognition of its outstanding business performance, the Driver Hire Leicester franchise has received the company’s Office of the Month award.
During the month, Driver Hire Leicester not only had to deal with an increase in demand from its own clients, but also helped out with a new national contract where demand shot up from just five drivers a day to over 50.
As Tony Goacher, Driver Hire’s Network Development Director, explains, that’s not the only reason Leicester won the award: “While the team were stretched to the limits meeting customer demand for drivers, they didn’t neglect other important elements of their business. For instance they continued to book new Driver CPC training business, complete National Account courtesy calls, made presentations to potential new customers and renegotiated a long-standing contract. All in all, Paul, Shirley, Jodie, Sara and Paul have built what will hopefully be a sustainable platform for more success in the coming months.”
Paul McKenna, who owns the Driver Hire Leicester franchise with his wife Shirley, said: “It’s great to have our hard work and efforts recognised. Customer service is key to our success, and that means asking clients the right questions, listening to their specific requirements and, above all, meeting them.”
On receiving the award the team was presented with a trophy, certificate and magnum of champagne to celebrate their success. They’ve also collected points that they can spend on a wide range of prizes including activity days and consumer goods.
