Simon has extensive knowledge and experience of Managing a franchise network, having spent 4 years as National Franchise Manager and General Manager of a National Recruitment franchise, where Simon grew the network to a turnover of £22m with additional responsibilities for financial forecasting, Customer Service Management and software development. During his time with this network, Simon was responsible for the achievement of average sales growth of 25%.

Simon has also worked for a number of Blue Chip companies in key Operational, Sales and project Management roles, and his combined skills and experience will allow the DTT (Franchising) network of Driver Transport Training and Driver Supply centres to grow both in terms of business turnover and network size.

Part of this growth will undoubtedly come from what promises to have been a highly successful National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC, attended over the 6th - 7th October, where DTT exhibited with its impressive National Show trailer stand, and occupied one of the largest display areas.

The Driver Transport Training and Driver Supply network is a solid, credible network of Management Franchise partners. Through Driver Transport Training's qualified instructors, they deliver LGV and PCV theory and Practical training, Scottish Qualification Authority ADR courses for the carriage of hazardous goods and OCR accredited Certificate of professional Competence courses for Transport Managers. Furthermore, through the specialist driving agency, Driver Supply, it provides temporary and permanent drivers and logistics staff to the transport industry and has corporate membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
