In the 20 years since Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) was founded it has seen its franchise network grow to 150 consultants across the UK.
ERA works with businesses and organisations to improve their procurement processes and uncover significant savings over a range of categories, without clients having to compromise on quality, services and purchase control. ERA clients come from a wide variety of sectors from not-for-profit organisations through to SMEs and large multi-national corporations.
Speaking about the importance of effective procurement Rob Allison, Managing Director of ERA, said: “Procurement is somewhat overlooked, compared to other areas of business like sales and marketing. Many organisations are suffering due to these uncertain times, but looking internally at their spends in categories such as print, fleet and insurance could uncover substantial savings to directly improve the bottom line.”
