New figures released by Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) show that it has seen a 36 per cent increase in franchise owner revenue over the last two years.

ERA, which provides a cost reduction service for businesses, is keen to build on its success and, at its 2011 National Conference, has unveiled its Five Year Strategic Plan to grow the business further.

The plan, which has been 12 months in the making, was put together by the Advisory Board (10 leading franchise owners and the franchisor) and lays out the vision that will strengthen its growth revenue.

The 2011 National Conference was a two-day event that was attended by over 140 existing franchise owners. The Conference included tailored sessions, such as a half day training on consultative selling run by Miller Heiman, project specialist workshops, supplier exhibition, all culminating in a glitzy black tie gala dinner and award ceremony.

A number of special awards were presented to franchise owners who have excelled in 2011. Simon Perkins won New Consultant of the Year, Adam Wheatley won Outstanding Achievement, Derek Hodd won Highest Income Earner, and the 2011 Consultant of the Year was David Keating.
