A former stockbroker has become one of the latest franchise owners to join the Revive! network.
Anthony Wilcock has recently completed his training in Revive!’s IMI accredited Training Centre and is now establishing his cosmetic vehicle repair business in Sussex.
Wilcock, who previously specialised in wealth management, spent a lot of time assessing different franchise opportunities before deciding on Revive!. He chose this franchise because of its scalable business model offered a good potential return on his investment.
The decision seems to have paid off as, in just two months since launching his business, Wilcock has already beaten his forecast turnover.
Another reason why Wilcock decided to join Revive! was because of the franchise’s supportive network and training coupled with ongoing assistance and advice. He was also inspired by the success of co-franchise owners who have been established for longer and own a fleet of mobile car repair units.
Wilcock said: “Running a mobile vehicle repair business is a real step-change from wealth management. While I wanted to be my own boss, I needed to know that I wouldn’t be alone. With a Revive! franchise you really do have the best of both worlds. The opportunity is there to build the business and take on your own employees, but there is a lot of support and camaraderie from other franchise owners, as well as from head office.
“From a physical point of view, repairing cosmetic paintwork damage on cars is certainly more demanding than stockbroking. But at the end of the day I get real satisfaction from my work, and can see my skills improving every day. There is nothing like the independence of working for yourself. I have high ambitions for the future of my franchise and know that Revive! will be with me every step of the way.”
