PPP franchise partners are turning the current slump in the property market on its head by purchasing buy-to-let properties nationwide and are building high cash-positive portfolios by following the PPP business model. This year PPP franchise partners are said to be responsible for buying over £25 million of property in the UK and this figure is set to rise to £50 million next year.

Company founders Steve Bolton and Nick Carlile are successful entrepreneurs and property investors. Steve and Nick say: 'The primary business goal we set for each one of our franchise partners is to achieve financial freedom through property investing. Not only do they get a proven business model, which ensures a regular and reliable source of monthly income, but they also acquire an underlying business asset - their property portfolio -, which will grow in value over time and provide a comfortable pension for their retirement. It has already enabled a number of them to give up their careers and concentrate on their property portfolios full time.'

PPP is part of the Platinum Partners Group, which also owns Platinum Investment Partners. The group's code of ethics and mission statement is to 'Be more, Do more, Have more and Give more'. With 10 per cent of all its profit going to charity, Platinum Partners Group is providing financial support to orphanages in Uganda and India as well as community projects within the UK.

Cardiff-based franchise partners Steve and Kim Thorogood comment: 'The concept of achieving your own financial independence while showing appreciation as well as helping and supporting others in the process ensures a community of positive, like-minded people, all with their own goals but similar aims. We are confident that the business model works and will continue to work for us, and we look forward to building our business alongside Steve, Nick, all the franchise partners and members of the PPP team for many years to come."
