“After 18 years running the chip shop it was time for a change,” explains Munish Mehta. “I looked at a few food franchises but Papa John’s stood out because it is a rapidly growing business and there is plenty of opportunity to expand.
“I am also in no-doubt that the product is better than the competition and since opening sales have been great,” continues Munish. “We are planning plenty of promotion over the coming months and it is the marketing part of the business I particularly enjoy. You need to be coming up with great ideas and allocating budget to marketing to make it really work and I’m looking forward to growing sales further in the future.”
