After 30 years in the butchery trade husband and wife team Bill and Sylvia Adams have found their perfect business venture with VIP Bin Cleaning Ltd. The couple decided to look for a new business when competition from supermarkets started to strangle their butchery trade. They identified that going into a new business would be challenging so they decided that franchising was their best option. They looked long and hard at the various opportunities available but when they came into contact with VIP Bin Cleaning Ltd they immediately felt at ease with the professional way VIP operated the business, how it supported its franchise owners, and the potential of the venture.

Mr Adams said: "We were already impressed with the way VIP dealt with our enquiry and the message their websites sends and any doubts we had were dispelled when we went and spent a day with them in Norfolk on our discovery day. Both Sylvia and I had made our minds up on that day that VIP were the people we wanted to work with, so in September 2006 we made the decision to join the company.

"Since then our customer base has grown in line with our business plan and we have recently upgraded our towing vehicle from a Citroen Berlingo to a Mitsubishi L200 which really presents the company the way we like it to, and it is a real head turner! Our aim now is within the next 18 months or so is to employ someone to help us to continue to grow the customer base.

"Our relationship with VIP is superb and is as good now as it was when we signed the agreement. They do not offer false promises and their network support is first class in the way they trained us and then have continued to work and help us. They are always available to answer any queries we have and we are also excited by their plans for the future and how it will affect and benefit all of the franchise owners. Sylvia and myself do not have any regrets whatsoever in joining VIP and I would recommend anyone to become a VIP franchise owner if they have the opportunity."
