Since joining ERA he has never looked back. 'I am really pleased this year to see myself reach an income level which exceeds my previous IBM salary. My wife and I were both very keen to become self-employed, but obviously knew that it was not completely without risk. Having reached this target in only our second year, we are even more convinced that we made the right decision.'

Andrew has now taken the next step into furthering his involvement with ERA. With assistance from the franchisor, he has developed and launched a Centre of Excellence, which will focus on providing property-related services to ERA clients and therefore create additional revenue streams for his fellow franchisees.

As Managing Director of the new Property division of ERA, Andrew will be focused upon the future success of this new venture. The fact that he has been able to capitalise on the asset he purchased and successfully developed, means he is also set to reap the rewards when he looks to re-sell his ERA business early in the New Year.
