Paul says: 'I had not run my own business before, so I was taking a step into the unknown. I knew I had to be a member of a large group from day one as I needed help and advice and Freedom provided it.'
Freedom's franchise package appealed to Paul. 'The membership included everything I needed to start the business, from ABTA cover for clients, enhanced commission deals, staff incentives to technology,' he says. 'The Freedom team was enthusiastic and helpful. When I decided I wanted to set up a small tour operation to Cyprus I did not know where to start and Freedom went out of their way to help me.'
