Fresh Enterprises LLC, which operates franchise brands Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, La Salsa Mexican Grill and Canyons Burger, has appointed a new CEO.

Chuck Rink, who has taken over the position of CEO from David Kim, has served as President of Fresh Enterprises LLC since January 2008 and now has the position of both President and CEO.

Rink said: “While we recognise the challenges of our competitive environment, the brands have strong consumer recognition and are situated in today’s most exciting restaurant business segment. I firmly believe the strengths of the brands we serve will enable us to succeed in improving the value of each customer experience, our franchise businesses and the overall company.”
