'As we all know, a window can get broken at any time of the day or night,' reason Co-founders Carol Melia and Wayne Pitt.
'Finding a local and reliable emergency glazing company, however, is not always that easy. Recognising this gap in the market, we are using franchising to create a national brand that stands for quality, service and value for money in the emergency and non-emergency glazing sector.
'We developed our business to meet the demands of customers directly. All emergency glazing jobs are attended to within one hour of the call by a fully trained glazier. If the window can't be repaired immediately we always ensure that the property is made safe and secure, and return as soon as possible to complete the job. We also offer non-emergency services such as installation of replacement double glazing and fitting of specialist windows for commercial premises.'
The franchise has been constructed with the assistance of Franchise Development Services (Northern) Consultant Tony Urwin, who observes: 'This is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to build their own business in the home services industry. The training package is excellent and Carol and Wayne are committed to the success of every franchisee.'
