Master Franchisors are being sought to expand The Helen Doron Educational Group’s fitness programme Ready, Steady, Move! in 30 countries.

The Ready, Steady Move! programme has been designed for young children and combines exercise with a language component to simultaneously enhance physical fitness and mental agility.

Ready, Steadym Move! specialises in flexibility and movement and apart from the obvious benefit of improved physical fitness, the programme helps children to strengthen their core muscles, reduce stress and improve overall fitness coordination and control, encouraging positive body images.
