For the past two years, James has been Managing Director for the UK and Northern Europe at Business Education International, where he was responsible for the sale and support of Master Franchise Licences. Prior to that, James worked at Pitman Training Group for 11 years where he worked his way from Project Manager coordinating brand conversion of an existing franchise network to Pitman Training all the way up to Managing Director. James' early career was in hotel management with Ladbroke Hotels/Hilton Hotels.
