In-toto Kitchen’s Area Franchise Manager, Steve Saunders, has been promoted to the role of National Franchise Manager.
In his new role Saunders (pictured), who joined the company 10 years ago, will focus on the growth and development of each of the 45 In-toto showrooms that are located across the UK. Exercising the ‘improve not move’ attitude, Saunder’s support and experience will help retailers to expand and improve their kitchen businesses through strategic problem solving and daily industry advice.
Saunders’ primary focus is to harmonise the national and regional marketing campaigns for the kitchen franchise. To complement this, he has recently introduced ‘best practice’ workshops for retailers in the North, South and Midlands to meet and share business expertise. Since his appointment Saunders has hosted two In-toto Kitchen workshops and introduced a social media strategy into the marketing structure.
Saunders said: “After a decade working as Area Franchie Manger for the South, I feel privileged to be responsible for the growth and success of every single showroom. Each store is different and brings something unqiue to the growing In-toto brand. The ‘best practice’ workshops will provide retailers with an additional support network where they can learn from each other in a stimulating environment.
