Commercial Director Mel Clarke, fresh from signing a Master Licensee to cover the coastal regions of Southern Spain, reports three existing UK unit-based franchisees are so delighted with their business' progress to date that they are upgrading to become Area Development Licensees.

Added to this is yet more positive news concerning two existing ADLs who, with a keen eye for business, have purchased adjoining territories to fuel further expansion. Further more, two employees of the Cardiff franchisee are in negotiation to become Vanchisees.

New ADLs have been awarded in Milton Keynes, Oxford, Walsall, Reading and for one half of the Birmingham area.

Further UK expansion is planned for 2006, strengthening both the name and brand as In-Crease:De-Crease UK Ltd enters yet more homes and businesses giving franchisees at all levels a strong business platform.
