The contract has been awarded through Royal and SunAlliance which provides claims management services for CIS. Rainbow International will provide a 24-hour disaster restoration service to CIS's largely domestic policyholders. Adrian Morton, Rainbow International's General Manager National Accounts, says:
"Our programme of investment in our services is enabling us to provide the resources to meet the demands of a growing number of clients seeking sole provider services from us. We have 130 franchises across the UK providing more than 1,200 trained personnel and have in excess of 100,000 pieces of drying equipment.
"These services are backed by a £1 million investment in our online management system, which ensures that our resources are deployed with maximum effect but also provides comprehensive real time information to our clients. We already provide a solus services to Royal and SunAlliance and to Lloyds TSB, and we are delighted to be entrusted with providing this important service for CIS."
