“The IFE is responsible for the opening of hundreds of small businesses and creating thousands of jobs and there’s no better place for that to take center stage than New York City,” said Tom Portesy, President of MFV Expositions, producers of the show.
Taking place June 20-22, the event will allow a rare chance for prospective business owners, top franchise brands and current franchisees to meet face-to-face with each other.
The opportunities on offer at the IFE are some of the most comprehensive on the franchising calendar, with over 70 free seminars along with serious in-depth symposiums. This is a real occasion to meet prospective franchisees from the US and abroad.
Portesy added: “Holding the IFE in New York makes it more accessible to the majority of qualified prospective franchise owners from the US and abroad to get an inside-look at the franchising world.”
A recent survey of last year’s attendees reported 43 percent of visitors planned on investing $100,000+, 14 per cent planned on investing $500,000+ and seven per cent planned on investing $1 million.
The International Franchise Expo has proved to be an excellent platform that all brand owners choose to showcase innovative and unique business concepts. Tim Courtney, Director of Franchise Development at CruiseOne, told of his experience on last year’s expo: “We were thrilled with the results from exhibiting at the 2012 expo. The quality of traffic at the IFE was second-to-none. In fact, we awarded six franchise units to the attendees we met.”
Whether you are looking to penetrate new markets, expand your global footprint or just looking to discover new business. The International Franchise Expo has to be on the to do list.
