Company founder asthma sufferer Julie Bishop set up the company in 2002 when she realised that chemicals in her household cleaning products were triggering asthma attacks. At the time there was a niche in the professional domestic cleaning market for eco-friendly health conscious products and after research and experimentation Julie found suitable products from the US.

Living Clean uses non-toxic products that are pollutant and chemical free and are not tested on animals. This means customers are reassured that the health of their workforce, family or pets is not at risk while the area is being cleaned.

Julie comments: 'Keeping our homes clean doesn't mean having to put ourselves, our families and our world in danger.'

The cost of a Living Clean franchise is £20,560 (VAT included) and the includes a comprehensive franchise package that comprises of everything to set up and run a business from a liveried vehicle, a comprehensive training programme, operational equipment and products, to a bespoke software package to help the business run smoothly, professional stationery and effective marketing materials.
