After an introduction with Julie Bishop, the founder of Living Clean through WEETU (Women's Employment, Enterprise & Training Unit) Sandra decided a Living Clean franchise was the right investment for her.
'Living Clean is a fantastic opportunity for me. I can use my existing skills and experience in the cleaning industry but instead of doing the cleaning myself, I will be training and managing my own team,' Sandra explains. 'I can also run by business from home, which is ideal for my children; whilst I am committed to developing my business, I want to be around for them as much as possible.
'The great thing about franchising is that you are not starting completely from scratch, on your own. I have the reassurance that Living Clean is already a successful, growing brand. I also have the ongoing support of Julie and her team, which I know will be vital. Most importantly, I can build something for my future, and that of my kids.'
Living Clean is looking for franchisees that share Julie's passion for providing an excellent level of service, which does not harm the environment or the health of the people using the products. Julie knew Sandra would be an ideal franchisee because: 'Sandra has incredible drive, is very hard working and believes passionately in the service and products Living Clean offers its customers.
'Sandra has a genuine interest in healthy living and eco-issues but she is also determined to grow a successful business. Living Clean has been designed to be a flexible opportunity so it is ideal for people like Sandra who already have busy lives. As a working Mum myself, I certainly don't believe that having children should be the end of someone's entrepreneurial ambitions - for me it was just the start.'
