Commercial investigations franchise London House Services has officially rebranded to London House International. The change of name, which took place on 1st May and is being rolled out across the network, is intended to reflect London House's overseas franchising plans and appeal to a wider customer base outside of the UK.

"We are seeing many more cases of debtors which originate in the UK moving or escaping overseas," reflects Managing Director Godfrey Lancashire. "Also many overseas assets, such as property, are not declared. Our clients, especially the banks, want to track these debtors and these assets and as a result we are travelling overseas more and increasingly using corespondent agents worldwide to help.

"Equally we are getting increasing requests by overseas clients to conduct investigations in the UK when their own subjects of enquiries move here. Our international work is therefore reciprocal and adding 'International' to our brand helps prospective clients to recognise this."

London House is also planning to extend its operations into overseas markets via franchising, with Spain and South Africa identified as targets for the establishment of pilot operations in the next two years.
