Franchising since December 2006, Resort Homes has already surpassed its projected franchise sales for 2007 with four locations established in the UK, Sweden and Norway. As an integral part of the Resort Group, franchisees enjoy a decided advantage. The Resort Group has developed a large and diverse portfolio of properties, and has two long-established divisions, which are widely trusted to provide popular add-on services. Resort Management manages resort properties on behalf of their owners through five on-resort offices. Resort Holidays rents properties on behalf of their owners through a network of travel partners that includes the Co-op Travel Group and James Villas.
Franchisees have also been helped by the Resort Group's focus on the long-term, evidenced by its focus on the Murcia/Costa Calida region of Spain. Development in the region was judiciously managed from the start sparing it the overdevelopment, which has reduced returns in other regions. Not surprisingly, the region has been frequently cited as an area that is expected to enjoy significant long-term profitability.'Resort Homes franchisees possess all of our key values, the highest being integrity - a value that we take extremely seriously,' explains Graham Pullan, the Resort Group's Managing Director. 'They also have the ability to build long-term relationships with their clients, a philosophy that's embedded within the company. A large percentage of our customers have been with us for well over a decade.'
