RockMasters, launched in 2005, provides schools in rock music for both children and adults, typically at summer camps and weekends. The company has received a substantial injection of capital and recruited key management personnel with franchise experience, and assisted by Franchise Development Services Franchise Consultant Paul Hague is preparing to its search for franchisees nationwide.

'RockMasters is a business designed to operate in the 'experience economy' utilising the draw of rock music through 'experiential learning',' says Mike, who was a member of The Springfileds, played with Jimmy Page, and went on to produce 52 hit singles and 25 platinum albums with artists including Cat Stevens, Marc Bolan, The Four Tops and Shakin' Stevens.

'It offers an opportunity for children and adults to learn and play with respected musicians and teachers from the rock world. Perhaps more importantly it is about the next stage of developing skills and musical ability while having fun. This business model has already been successfully proven in the USA where franchises based around rock music have been well received. The UK's unique rock heritage strengthens both RockMasters' offering and the market opportunity.'
