UK retailer Marks & Spencer has laid out plans to open 150 new international stores over the next three years, the majority via franchising. The first of the openings are scheduled to take place during the Summer in Ukraine, the Baltic states and Bulgaria, alongside further company-owned expansion in Ireland. Franchisee-owned developments are also underway in India and Russia.M&S is currently established in 29 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Central and South East Asia.
