Medics on the Move is the brainchild of Bristol businesswoman Carole Stubbs and her business partner Vickie Knighton, who plan to have a 40-strong franchise network nationwide within the next few years.

The company finds property for medics and other busy professionals, many of whom move long distances with their work. Says Carole: 'For many people, finding a home when you already have a full-time job can be seen as one job too many.
