Jane Waters and Lindsay Patterson are the brains behind the concept and are delighted that they can now take Microsport to more children.

'Interest in sport has never been greater and parents are more aware of the importance of active lifestyles for their children. Microsport children are learning hockey, basketball, cricket, tennis, football and movement skills. They have such a capacity for almost effortless learning - adults don't always appreciate how much they are capable of.'

Before the official launch of Microsport at the recent National Franchise Exhibition, Jane and Lindsay already had one franchisee on board. Jane Noble had been teaching Microsport classes for a number of years and couldn't wait to run her own franchise.

'As soon as I knew Microsport were franchising, I wanted to start yesterday. Within 10 weeks I already had over 50 children on my register and a regular nursery booking. I'm delighted to have got off to such a great start.'
