Staff from MOLLY MAID, the professional cleaning company, have just returned from their annual National Convention, entitled Leading From The Front, in Shrewsbury.

"The enthusiasm of our Franchise Owners to grow their businesses is contagious as is their desire to learn and take part in the discussion groups. " said Pam Bader OBE, Chief Executive of MOLLY MAID and member of the BFA Board of Directors.

Guest speakers included Debra Searle MBE, who spoke about her challenges while rowing single-handedly across the Atlantic.

"This is going to be a year for exemplary customer care and continued growth and our convention provides the ideal forum to present proactive ways to ensure that we maintain our market leadership." said Ms Bader. "We feel we achieved this in a way that has allowed each Franchise Owner to tailor their plans to what is realistic for their own business."

The convention concluded with a Gala dinner and the presentation of the Awards to Franchise Owners in recognition for their contributions and hard work to the business over the last year.

The three-day cnference also raised more than £1,300 for Cancer Research UK, over £1,300 in total.
