Russell O'Connell becomes Executive Chairman of the company replacing Simon McNeill-Ritchie who will remain as an Executive Director of Myhome. The directors believe that these changes will allow Russell to focus on ongoing strategy for the Myhome group as a whole and allow Simon to devote more time to his role as CEO of Surface Doctor (Europe) Limited.

Jonathan Jenkins joins the board as an Executive Director of the company. Jonathan has 14 years' experience as a financial services professional, notably as Joint MD at Plus Markets Group plc (formerly Ofex Holdings plc). He has been working in the company since 2004 and is currently a Director of Capitaladventure Ltd, St Johns Residential Services Ltd and Franchise Investment Strategies plc.

The directors have also recruited Martin Ward to act as Finance Director of the company. Martin is a chartered accountant with a more than 10-year track record of financial control functions. He trained and qualified at Baker Tilly and was most recently financial controller for Technicolor. Martin is currently a Director of Twelve Beauclerc Road Management Company Limited.

Commenting on the company's transfer to AIM, Russell O'Connell says: 'It has been a momentous year for the company. In the past 12 months, the company has grown significantly, both through acquisition and organically, attracting considerable external investment. Moving forward, AIM will provide the company with an enhanced profile and additional resource possibilities so that we can take advantage of the many opportunities available to the company.'
