Ms El Fadel, an aspiring young entrepreneur with excellent business and management experience in UK, China, Belgium, UAE and Saudia Arabia, completed Caremark’s initial franchisee training course. Fadel will now apply for registration with the Care Quality Commission to deliver a home care service in her territory. Fadel commented: “It was tough but I found it very helpful. It’s a great way to ‘dive’ into things and get your head around what you need to do from here.”

Now, over the ensuing weeks Fadel will be working closely with her regional support manager finalizing office details, recruiting and preparing for the launch of the new business whilst they wait for the interview date with the CQC as part of the registration process.

“I am now looking forward to building a great business and making a difference to my local community”, Fadel concluded.
