After 20 years of general management experience within the services industry working with some major franchise companies, Gavin took the plunge and became an Ecocleen franchisee four years ago before being asked to join the company as Director. He recalls: 'Taking on the franchise was a huge step. Yes it is hard work, but ultimately very rewarding. It took me three years to grow my turnover to £500,000 per annum, which produced an annual profit of close to £100,000. So I know what can be achieved.'
Commenting on his new role, he says: 'The company has grown dramatically over the past few years to now being a truly UK-wide business with phenomenal sales growth. My recent appointment along with a new dedicated Sales Director is part of our strategy of continued growth. My aim is to work with our franchisees and to build on the successes along with helping the new recruits to build a substantial business and income for them to enjoy.'
