On Demand Communications, the holding company for franchises Kall Kwik and Prontaprint, has appointed a new Chief Technology Officer. In his new role as Chief Technology Officer Matthew Day is committed to ensuring that both brands maintain their position as leading providers of on-demand design and print.

Having spent 10 years working in IT for a major software development company, Matthew brings considerable experience to his new role - placing him in an ideal position to drive Kall Kwik and Prontaprint forward. Matthew has a clear vision for the future of the two brands, with a committed programme that focuses on responsiveness to technological advances at the heart of his strategy.

Matthew Day comments: 'Continuous development is key to us maximising the opportunities offered by new technology. Technology solutions that are scalable and flexible adapt to the changing marketplace. My aim is to ensure that our centres take advantage of this and have all the tools they need to outperform local competitors.

'Centres will benefit from valuable insights into their client base, advanced business intelligence and production tools that will help then achieve tangible results. I will be rolling out a number of exciting new projects to centres in the coming months and I look forward to seeing the brands continue to grow.'

Kealan Lennon, CEO of On Demand Communications, says: 'Kall Kwik and Prontaprint pride themselves on their prime position as the leading suppliers of on-demand print and design across the UK and Ireland. Our centres already benefit from excellent umbrella support and strong brand presence and we are committed to ensuring that our centres have the resources to stay ahead of the competition. We welcome Matthew to the team and look forward to the developments that he is implementing.'
