The latest Fit4less by energie franchise has been launched in London’s Tower Hill district on Mansell Street.

The low cost fitness club, which opened to the public on the 21 October, was the eighth Fit4less franchise to have opened in the UK over the past 12 months. Franchise owner, Andrew Newall, aims to open three more within walking distance over the next two years.

Fit4less by energie is part of the energie Group, which is one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the UK. The first Fit4less site was launched in July 2009. Jan Spaticchia, Chief Executive at the energie Group, said: “This is a very exciting concept that we believe will do well in this current economic climate. We are looking to introduce Fit4less in multiple towns and cities in Britain through our successful franchise support scheme, which empowers people to own their own business and be their own boss.”

Fit4less Tower Hill costs members £19.99 per month and doesn’t tie users into a contract. The gym features state-of-the-art Precor equipment, within the cardio theatre. The club also features a spacious free weights area and large changing facilities. Like all Fit4less clubs, and a key factor to the affordability, the Tower Hill club does not include the often over priced ‘frills’ such as saunas, swimming pools and exercise classes.

Newall said: “There is no other budget club in London that can offer the quality of equipment we have at such a low cost. Our appeal will reach to the businessmen and women in the City that simply want to work out and go; together with the knowledge that they are not tied into a 12 month contract.”

Tower Hill has already received over 250 new memberships and is receiving between 100 and 200 enquiries a week. Newall added: “The response has been phenomenal and the same question is asked from each person; does that price really include everything?, which we are delighted to say yes to.”
