Dulson who took over the Mac Tools territory in Chester commented: “I wanted to start my own business following redundancy and, after examining the competition and other option, I decided my skills and knowledge best suited to a Mac Tools franchise. It has been hard work so far but it has also been very rewarding and the support Keith, my franchise development manager, has been great.”
