With 25 franchise territories available, Gary will be responsible for qualifying candidates to ensure they have the necessary management ability and determination to become OSV franchisees.

He will also act as a mentor to franchisees throughout the recruitment and training process and into the future as they grow their businesses.

Gary's multi-faceted background in the automotive industry, management and marketing, combined with his own experiences as a franchisee in Spain, will be invaluable to the future growth of OSV.

'OSV was a highly successful company before franchising and aims to become the number one vehicle and leasing brand in the UK through expansion via franchising,' states Gary. 'We feel that with just 25 franchisees in the UK there will be plenty of opportunity for them to develop large operating territories.

"We've had enquiries from a variety of people, some wanting to take a back seat and others looking for a more hands-on role. You don't need experience in the automotive industry, but will need to be management material.'
