FreshStart Living has launched a new franchise model called FreshStart Partners that is aimed at people wanting to start a career in property investment.
According to the company the new franchise will give franchise owners the opportunity to sell FreshStart Living’s property to investors while generating a substantial income for themselves.
Since the company’s inception in 2009, FreshStart Living has specialised in redeveloping neglected buildings into high quality residential and student property and the franchise opportunity will give individuals the chance to capitalise on the company’s success.
Rob Worthington, FreshStart Living’s Franchise Manager, said: “The FreshStart Partners franchise model works extremely well because the franchise owner is working directly with FreshStart Living, the property developer.
“There are not many franchises out there that can offer the sort of returns we can with such a small outlay. We have broken down the financial barriers that have hindered so many potential investors; it’s now a level playing field.
“There are various options available to the franchise owner, depending on what they want out of the business and how much capital they have to invest, but we are sure that each franchise has the potential to be a great success.”
