A Full Member of the British Franchise Association, Northwood has 35 offices trading and a further six due to open before the end of the year. Ultimately aiming for 100 offices, the company expects to have reached halfway to its target by July 2007.

Northwood's unique selling point is its Platinum Lettings Service, which Andy says gives franchisees an edge over the competition enabling them to become the leading agent in their territory.
Northwood is highly selective when it comes to franchisee recruitment, only awarding franchises to candidates of the highest calibre who have held senior management positions. 'We're not looking for people who want to become a lettings or estate agent but people who want to build a substantial business, who want a management franchise in a professional, office environment,' clarifies Director Gemma Goodson.
