Peter Allison opened the franchise in October and is not only proud to be owning his own business but equally proud to be seen as a milestone in Northwood's development. Andy Goodson launched Northwood in 1995 from a small shop fronted office in Portsmouth for the first time offering landlords guaranteed rental income, which has now become the company's unique selling point. Andy decided to franchise his 'winning formula' in 1999. The company has added estate agency, mortgage and insurance sales to its product range and a pipeline of 14 further offices due to open soon.
