Lettings & estate agency franchise Northwood has added Philip Gee to its team in the role of Franchise Development - North. Philip brings significant industry experience in both lettings and sales, as well as franchising, having previously been the Franchise Director North for Legal & General where he worked for over 20 years.

Philip will be responsible for driving profitability and growth across the existing network of offices in the North of the UK from Aberdeen down to the Midlands, providing support both to established offices and to new franchise owners and their staff.

Franchise Director Nick Cooper commented: "The appointment of Philip represents a major step forward in the level of support that we provide for our franchise owners in the North, with Director Vikki Alexander fulfilling a similar role in the South."
