One of the UK’s leading oven cleaning providers, Ovenclean, has appointed a new Franchise Development Director to enhance support services for its franchise owners.
Alan Hope, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, has taken on the role of Franchise Development Director. He was previously responsible for quality and customer services at NatWest Bank, where he honed his relationship-building skills and forged a reputation as an able communicator and a strong team leader.
Newly appointed Franchise Development Director Hope said: “Supporting people in achieving their aspirations has been part of my track record and, of course, I understand well the pressures and pitfalls of setting up a new business.
“In order to create a strong platform for growth, it is vital for Ovenclean to recruit the right people and then work with them to ensure their future success. Of course, Ovenclean already provides an outstanding training and support package to its franchise owners, but part of my role will be to extend and enhance that support.”
