Specialist oven cleaning franchise Ovenu has achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001 for the fourth consecutive year.
This independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau a leading Certification Body and Ovenu states that it demonstrates its continuing commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.
ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
The ISO accreditation for Ovenu also sits within its franchise system. Having over 100 franchise owners within the UK, the ISO 9001 certification ensures all franchise owners are uniformly trained to the same standard which is not only essential for consumers but also for prospective franchise owners who want to know proven management systems are in place.
Rik Hellewell, Managing Director of Ovenu, said: “We are particularly pleased to have achieved ISO 9001 accreditation again as it underlines our commitment to our customers and our focus on quality. We are also unqiue in our industry sector having done so. Not many customers get to see their suppliers’ ‘back-office’ activities, this recognition demonstrates we can provide a quality solution from quotation to delivery.”
