New Auditel franchise owner Tim Halfhead is using his previous business experience to make a success of his franchise.
Prior to joining Auditel in July 2011, Henley-based Halfhead was Managing Director of a parenting website. His career spanned sales and business development, mostly within media and telecommunications, but also with exposure to etail and retail. Halfhead worked almost exclusively within the SME sector specialising in start-ups and turnarounds. Half of his working life was spent at Director or Managing Director level, with over a decade as an owner.
Halfhead said: “With this experience, I am well acquainted with the conundrum of how to control your costs. Lack of time, resources and detailed knowledge of complex supplier markets, leave you with a nagging certainty that your company is paying too much for some or perhaps many of your essential services and supplies.
