Photography franchise, Photography for Little People has held it first national photographic awards, which was held at Lumley Castle in County Durham.

The company’s franchise owners from around the UK travelled to meet together and enjoyed an evening of entertainment and awards.

Ben Higham who owns the Cheltenham franchise was delighted to win the title of PLP National Photographer of the Year 2012, he said: “I am totally amazed at winning the overall Photographer of the Year award. I was happy enough that I had been short listed in so many categories, but to have won the overall award is just incredible. Having only started the business in May last year this is a real boost to my confidence and recognition of the hard work and time that has been put in to building up my local reputation.”
