Platinum Property Partners to feature in Sky TV series

Platinum Property Partners (PPP) has always championed the notion of Finding Financial Freedom, and now one of its Franchise Partners will be featured in a television series of the same name.

In episode three of Finding Financial Freedom – to be aired on Sky’s Beyond TV on 18th July – Surrey property investor Paul Watson will be discussing how he has worked with PPP, the world’s first property investment franchise, in order to build a portfolio of five Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

The cameras visit Paul at the site of his latest project – a Woking property that he is converting from a three-bedroom semi into a six-bedroom HMO. Paul, a former marketing director at Gillette and Duracell, creates 'high-end HMOs', renting rooms to young professionals. He has followed PPP’s blueprint and, in doing so, achieved financial independence. "Once we have tenants in this new property, my wife and I will have reached the level of income that we were aiming for when we began this venture four and a half years ago. We have a great work-life balance and have built a business that future generations in our family can prosper from."

Joining Paul during the interview is Steve Bolton, the founder of PPP, who has guided Paul every step of the way. “PPP uses a robust HMO model that is tried, tested and has even been strong enough to not only weather the storm of the global financial crisis, but thrive during this difficult time. I’m so pleased we can help people like Paul achieve financial freedom.”

The other episodes in the series look into the lives, goals, opinions and finances of serial entrepreneurs, business gurus, precious-metals investors, commercial property owners, financial traders, and pension and tax experts. Each person has the same objective: to build and protect their wealth. As the host of the programme states, “It isn’t what you make that matters, it’s what you keep.”

Episode three will air on Beyond TV, Sky Channel 189, at 7:30pm on Wednesday 18th July, repeated at 7:30pm on Friday 20th July.
