The brand, which already has locations across seven countries including France, Cyrpus, has eight outlets in Australia however is looking to expand its reach and has appointed Halim Hachem as its master franchise holder in Australia.

It is looking for franchise owners to invest in outlets in Sydney as well as northern, eastern and western regions of the city.

Charlie Hachem, Operations Manager for Presse Café said: “We want to develop the concept locally and organically. We strongly believe that we must be able to build the brand with a local approach. The beauty of the Presse Café concept is that the model is flexible and adapts to the local market. Our development plan evolves with the people we meet.”
