In the 10 years Prestige Nursing has been franchising, the company has learned what makes a successful franchise and with a host of new opportunities opening up, now is a good time to implement what has been learned.'

Prestige Nursing Ltd was established in 1945 and supplies over 40,000 hours of care a week to the NHS, Private and Independent sectors. With two new franchises ready to launch this May the company's recruitment plans are modest. Franchising Manager Sandy Simmonds explains why: 'Prestige Nursing knows from experience that it is better to have five very successful franchises rather than 10 average ones.'
