Husband and wife team Ian and Linda Clarke have won the title for the second time, beating 117 other franchises across the UK and the first time that any franchise has won the award twice.

The couple have doubled the revenue from their domestic and commercial work since last year and were nominated to assist other businesses within the Rainbow network by sharing their methods of generating new business.

Now the couple will enjoy an expenses paid trip to Las Vegas to represent the UK, alongside Rainbow Managing Director Phil Else and Finance Director Chris Roache, at a major conference on disaster restoration and cleaning issues.

Rainbow International specialises in restoring homes and businesses following fire, flood or accidental damage, as well as providing a commercial and domestic carpet and upholstery cleaning service.

Rainbow Managing Director Phil Else praised the couple for their 'can do' attitude, which had seen them excel across a range of business areas. He said: 'Ian and Linda are a wonderful example of how to succeed in business and they fully deserve this award.'

Ian said their success was based on providing excellent customer service. 'We were staggered to win this for the second time and it is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our whole team.

'We firmly believe that the secret to success is to provide the best possible customer service and it is the positive feedback that we get from our customers which motivates us.'
