Rob spent the last 17 years working as a Business Manager for McDonald's Restaurants across the Southwest. He decided that by running his own business he would directly reap the benefits of his hard work. While understanding that the first year in any new business is not expected to be easy, he is enthusiastic about the opportunity and has big plans for the future.

'I am looking forward to the challenge and am ready to put in the effort that I'm sure will be needed to get the business up and running,' explains Rob.
'I am hoping to move into a commercial property within a year and am aiming to purchase another Recognition Express franchise within two years.'
