When Graham and Jackie Marshall, owners of the Rochford-based franchise, heard about Bella’s Angels volunteers searching the streets on dark nights looking for misplaced pets they were concerned for their safety and decided to donate high visibility waistcoats and armbands to the cause.

Graham commented: “Bella’s Angels is a great idea. It’s traumatic to lose your dog at any time, but on dark nights it’s awful to think of your beloved pet stuck outside in the cold.

“We wanted to keep the volunteers safe so they could keep up their good work and thought that the least we could do would be to donate some safety equipment,” Graham said.

Sasha Bradford, from Bella’s Angels, said: “Our new high visibility clothing has been a welcome addition and is also a great way to spread the word about what we do.

Bradford added: “We are very grateful to the team at Recognition Express for all of their hard work and support.”
