Caremark (Cheshire North East) now has an open door policy for its customers and family members, encouraging them to pop in whenever they feel like a cup of tea, a chat or just a time out from their daily routines.
Since starting this practice Caremark (Cheshire North East) has found that it has been of great benefit, particularly for family carers who may need to have a moment respite themselves from caring for their loved ones at home. Being able to sit and chat with the members of the care team in the office is a welcome break from daily responsibilities and allows the person to chat and relax or discuss anything else to do with the service provided to their family.
Naz Asghar, franchise owner of Caremark (Cheshire North East), said: “We encourage all service users and family members to pop into our office whenever possible in order that they can have an informal chat with us and also discuss anything else that may be important to them or the care and support provided by Caremark.”
