Two Ripples designers have received national recognition from the bathroom and kitchen industry in the kbbreview Industry Awards 2010. Louise Home is a Finalist for Designer Award for Bathrooms up to £15,000, and Leanna Fry is a Finalist for the second year running for Young Designer Award for Bathrooms 2010.

Ripples said: "We are absolutely delighted for Louise and Leanna both designs were innovative, creative and the clients loved the finished result. One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Ripples is having the best designers in the business, we are delighted that the awards recognise this."

The judges commented: "Louise started with a piece of wallpaper which the client loved but were afraid of using and came up with something dramatic with a boudoir feel using glamourous mosaics.

"Leanna has created a really striking room with great contrasts and character, the natural green slate gives an ethnic feel contrasting with the zest lime green Bissaza mosaics."

Andrew Davies, Chairman of the judging panel and editor of kkbreview magazine who host the awards added: "It is a great achievement to be recognised as a finalist and one that shows how good they are at what they do. There has never been such a challenging time in the kitchen and bathroom industry and this is a great opportunity to reward excellence and hard work."
